Thousand Oaks High School, through a safe and nurturing environment, strives to impart the knowledge that will empower each student to be a successful, healthy adult and a responsible, contributing member of society. Thousand Oaks High School, located northwest of the San Fernando Valley, serves a suburban, largely middle to upper middle class community and provides a four year comprehensive program to a student body of 2455. The school was established in 1962; we are in our 50th year of providing a quality educational program and creating lasting memories for the students who walk through our doors. The school’s rich history has led to strong traditions of success academically and athletically.

Basic Front Parking Lot Procedures
- Always observe a 5 MPH speed limit while in any TOHS Parking Lot
- Always YIELD to pedestrian traffic while in any TOHS Parking Lot
- The parking lot area is NOT for drop off or pick up - please avoid driving in this area
- Never stop or park along any RED or BLUE CURB
- Do not leave your car unattended or park along the YELLOW CURB
- When visiting the office or school, please park in a designated Visitor Parking spot
- During drop off or pick up, do not stop in the through lane as this backs the traffic up
- Please use the lane closest to the campus for drop off and the lane closest to the parking lot for through traffic
- Please Be Patient and Courteous while in any TOHS lot
